Microsoft D365 F&SC Functional Solution Architect 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of tailored D365 F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. 
  • Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for finance and supply chain operations. 
  • Design end-to-end solutions using D365 F&SC modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives. 
  • Create detailed functional specifications and solution design documents. 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of D365 F&SCM, including new releases, features, and the underlying technical architecture. 
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of D365 F&SC modules to meet business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of integrations, customizations, and extensions. 
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user acceptance testing. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support. 
  • Partner with finance and supply chain stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. 
  • Deliver training and support for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the solution. 
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 
  • Provide input on resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance. 
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members and consultants. 
  • Lead teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and delivering results on time and within scope. 
  • Stay updated on the latest D365 F&SC features and enhancements to recommend improvements. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Functional Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&SC) projects. 
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 F&SC modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management. 
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain management. 
  • Proficiency in creating functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams. 
  • Experience with full-cycle implementations and the ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
