Microsoft D365 Field Service Architect 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. 
  • Develop solution blueprints, including workflows, integrations, and configurations, to support customer-specific Field Service processes. 
  • Ensure the architecture supports scalability, performance, and reliability. 
  • Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements for Field Service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, mobility, and analytics. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on optimizing their Field Service capabilities. 
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. 
  • Oversee solution configuration, customization, and deployment, working closely with development, functional, and technical teams. 
  • Ensure successful integration of D365 Field Service with other Dynamics 365 modules, third-party systems, and IoT platforms. 
  • Support end-to-end testing, user training, and go-live activities. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensure alignment on objectives, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigations. 
  • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Field Service capabilities, including resource scheduling, mobility, IoT integration, service agreements, and asset management. 
  • Experience with Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, for extending Field Service functionality. 
  • Strong understanding of integrations, including APIs and middleware, for connecting Field Service with other systems. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Field Service and related modules. 
  • Experience with IoT, Connected Field Service, or other advanced service technologies. 
  • Knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure. 
  • Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, results orientation
