Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Dynamics 365 CE practice.
- Conduct functional analysis of client business processes in D365 CE, delivering expert guidance and best practice recommendations.
- Build and maintain the capability roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and tools for CE solution delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, releases, and industry innovations.
Client Engagement and Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design efforts.
- Oversee customizations, integrations, and deployments to meet unique client needs.
Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a team of skilled Dynamics 365 consultants, architects, and developers.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of team members.
Business Development:
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the practice’s footprint.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners.
Financial and Operational Management:
- Own P&L for the Dynamics 365 CE practice, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Monitor project profitability and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Establish KPIs and regularly report on practice performance.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of integrations, customizations, workflows, and configurations within D365 CE.
- 10+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise solutions, with at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations across multiple industries.
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service Functional Consultant
