Emmanuel Ola-Dake

Chief Executive Officer

Emmanuel Ola-Dake is a distinguished entrepreneur and technology innovator, leading the charge in digital transformation across the financial sector, enterprises, and public services, including government agencies. As the founder of Molaprise, Emmanuel was driven by a vision to create opportunities for others and generate significant impact. Under his leadership, Molaprise launched an accelerator program aimed at providing technological training and fostering the incubation of innovative ideas in both the United States and Africa.

Before founding Molaprise, Emmanuel leveraged his expertise as a consultant for Fortune 500 financial and investment institutions, such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi Group. His work focused on revamping inefficient middle-to-back-office operations and technology processes within the wealth and fund management sectors.

Emmanuel’s contributions to technology and business have not gone unnoticed. He has been a prominent figure at numerous technology and minority business forums in New York City, as well as at global technology conferences, including Ciscolive. His academic credentials include an MBA from the Hagan School of Business at Iona University in New York, and he has furthered his education with an Executive Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.

Vice President, Public Sector

Pearl Aguiar is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Head of Sled Operations at Molaprise. With a passion for optimizing processes and driving operational excellence, Pearl has made significant contributions to the success of Molaprise and working with high-level Government officials.

Bringing a wealth of experience in operational strategy execution and project management, Pearl has navigated through diverse roles, consistently demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking. With a focus on streamlining operations, client success and revenue generation, Pearl has played a pivotal role in the success of the Sled business at Molaprise. Prior to joining Molaprise, Pearl worked at Global bank BNP Paribas.

Pearl graduated from Rutgers University, with a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA). Outside the professional sphere, Pearl enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Paul Braxton

Chief Cybersecurity Architect (CISO)

Paul is a seasoned information security leader with extensive experience safeguarding organizational data and assets. He excels in developing security program vision, strategy, and roadmaps and executing these plans in globally distributed financial organizations. As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Paul brings extensive expertise in Security Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Paul has an excellent track record of executing information security at Fortune 500 organizations, including ETRADE Financial, Intercontinental Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, and Synchrony Bank. In addition to his current CISSP and past certifications, Paul’s educational background is solidified with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, underscoring his business and technical knowledge. Paul is passionate about advancing cybersecurity knowledge and serves as a mentor to many individuals helping them start and grow their cybersecurity careers

Richmond Sarfo

Senior Business Manager, Regional Markets

Richmond, Senior Business Manager at Molaprise, plays a pivotal role in spearheading change and overseeing project execution to ensure operational excellence. He contributes to strategy development, implementation, performance monitoring, and business growth initiatives across the Africa Region.

A dynamic and proactive professional, Richmond is deeply committed to making a positive impact on people, systems, and processes. His extensive background encompasses consulting, strategy development, project management, policy formulation, planning and budgeting, resource mobilization, results monitoring, and evaluation, as well as data analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Molaprise, Richmond excelled at Strategic Communications Africa, where he led numerous consulting projects and enhanced operational efficiency.

Richmond holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Wisconsin International University College and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Petra steers Molaprise’s global marketing and digital innovation with over 15 years of industry expertise. As a former Head of Dev Ops at McKinsey, she led audience development and innovation. Her extensive background spans roles with leading entities like Professional Sports Publications, Intel, Novartis Oncology, and Travel Channel, specializing in digital campaigns and user experience. Petra’s work has been distinguished by the Webby Honoree for Best Visual Design and multiple AVA Digital Awards. An alumna of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, her IT degree with a Graphic Design focus underpins her award-winning fusion of technical and creative prowess, propelling digital transformation and excellence.

His journey started on Wall Street as a System Administrator, sharpening his technical acumen. He then elevated his career at IBM, focusing on Power system presales for the finance sector. Notably, Brian spent 13 years at HPE as a presale Enterprise Architect, cementing his status as a distinguished industry expert.

Residing in New York with his family, Brian cherishes the city’s vibrant culture. Outside his professional life, he’s an avid traveler, exploring the globe and indulging in the richness of diverse experiences.
