• Provide leadership in building and enhancing cloud-based Dynamics applications.<\/li>\r\n
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics applications, modules, and components to meet specific business needs.<\/li>\r\n
• Implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.<\/li>\r\n
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM\/365 settings, workflows, business rules, and security settings to align with business requirements.<\/li>\r\n
• Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics<\/li>\r\n
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Dynamics 365\/Business Central and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, third-party applications) and ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within the systems.<\/li>\r\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Dynamics solutions.<\/li>\r\n
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced user experiences within the Dynamics environment.<\/li>\r\n
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics applications, addressing, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.<\/li>\r\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, code changes, and system configurations.<\/li>\r\n
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.<\/li>\r\n
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and optimizing performance.<\/li>\r\n
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in using Dynamics applications.<\/li>\r\n
• Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and functionality.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\r\n
  • Possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent:<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

       4. Microsoft Specialist \u2013 Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
          \r\n
          • Proven experience as a Dynamics Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central).<\/li>\r\n
          • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.<\/li>\r\n
          • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) for creating low-code\/no-code solutions.<\/li>\r\n
          • Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM\/365, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and views.<\/li>\r\n
          • Familiarity with integration techniques using REST, SOAP, or other APIs to connect Dynamics with external systems.<\/li>\r\n
          • Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling within the Dynamics environment.<\/li>\r\n
          • Experience working in a government setting will be a plus.<\/li>\r\n
          • Experience in creating technical design documents.<\/li>\r\n
          • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.<\/li>\r\n
          • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\r\n
          • Strong organization and project management skills<\/li>\r\n
          • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.<\/li>\r\n
