Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\r\n
• Responsible for overall Microsoft partner practice development \u2013 incentive programs, channel, pricing, among others.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Provide technical leadership in designing Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, security, business apps and infrastructure.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft technologies and platforms.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Define service offerings, methodologies, and best practices related to Microsoft technologies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Grow and maintain relationships with Microsoft PDMs and commercial teams on the value of the partnership and engagement, staying up-to-date on the latest product releases and industry trends<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Lead in the delivery of Microsoft commercial marketplace transactions and lead generation efforts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Support all marketing needs for all Microsoft marketplace channels including working collaboratively with Marketing, Operations and Business Development to develop marketing cadence and campaigns, videos, and images.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Support the development and delivery of customer-ready high-quality, compliant, and responsive bid including technical architecture of Microsoft projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Tracking & reporting includes regular communication to the team and key stakeholders to provide status and update on critical efforts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
• Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

  Qualifications for position:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

  \r\n
  • Bachelor’s or master\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • 5+ years\u2019 experience in similar role<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as Cloud, Security, Business Applications, and Infrastructure<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Should have good exposure to Microsoft Business Applications and Modern workplace (D365 CRM\/ERP & Office 365 SharePoint, Power Platform).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Practical working knowledge of partner special programs, distribution channels and pricing programs\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Must have experience in presales, solutioning, RFI\/RFP response, and negotiation skills.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Resilient, with a growth mindset, able to lead conversations that identify strategic and value messaging.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Hands on experience in a consulting organization<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Experience in proposal development and technical architecting<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Analytical, problem-solving, Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
